Santa Claus

I loved making this cake.  I made it for a friend for their Christmas Eve celebration.  I used chocolate truffle cake with chocolate filling.  Their only request was the flavor, and that Santa Claus was on it.  I found a picture of another cake where Santa was super full, with cookies spread around him, so that inspired me.  The cookies & glass of milk were really fun to make.
