Mini Flower Cupcakes

Mini cupcakes for a 5 year olds birthday party.  The cupcakes with the daisies were made from left overs, so I whipped them up and took them to work.  The cupcakes are made with Chocolate Truffle cake, buttercream icing & fondant accents.  I also used pink luster powder & white glitter at the end.  I actually made the decorations twice.  I originally added 3 flowers per cupcake in various colors, but woke up in the morning just determined to make them more pink.  I am thrilled with how they looked!
